Published and identical to our residential list: PLN 15–25/m² roller, PLN 12–20/m² airless spray, plastering PLN 35–50/m², facade PLN 30–60/m². Above 500 m² of working surface the labour rate drops PLN 1/m², capped at PLN 3/m². The minimum order is PLN 2,000 net.

Frequently asked questions

How is the price of painting a room calculated?

The price depends on the working surface area (walls + ceiling), not the floor area. A standard 15 m² room (floor) with 2.5 m ceilings has about 50 m² of working surface. With two-coat roller painting (PLN 15–25/m²), labour costs PLN 750–1,250 — counted towards the PLN 2,000 net minimum order (justified by transport and crew mobilisation).

What is included in the painting price?

The PLN 15–25/m² rate (2 coats, roller) includes: wall priming, protecting floors and skirting boards with film and tape, applying 2 coats of paint (walls + ceiling), insulating primer under oil paint, and cleaning. Materials (paint PLN 3–7/m²) are priced separately.

What is charged separately?

Materials (paint PLN 3–7/m²). Plastering over 20% of the room's surface — a separate item at PLN 35–50/m² (plastering itself; painting after plastering is PLN 15–25/m²). Full gypsum skim coat for a premium finish. Removal of skirting boards, sockets and frames. Scaffolding/aerial lift (ad hoc, based on rental cost). A quote for a full renovation (painting + plastering + panels) — individually.

How long does it take to paint one room?

An experienced crew will paint a standard 15–20 m² room within one working day — including surface preparation, priming, 2 coats and clean-up. Significant plastering (over 20% of the surface) adds 1–2 days (plaster drying time). We use products from: Caparol, Śnieżka, Kabe, Dulux, Knauf, Atlas, Tikkurila.

How much does it cost to paint a 50 m² apartment?

A 50 m² apartment (2 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + hallway) has about 190 m² of working surface. Labour for two-coat roller painting (PLN 15–25/m²) = PLN 2,850–4,750 net. With materials (standard paint PLN 3/m² × 190 = PLN 570), the total is about PLN 3,420–5,320 net.

What if you take a deposit and disappear?

We take a deposit of no more than 30% of the order value — usually only to cover materials. You pay the rest after a stage is completed or in full upon acceptance — by VAT invoice with a payment deadline. We operate as J&K Vision sp. z o.o. (VAT ID PL 782 292 12 67), a registered company based in Poznań. Every order has a written contract with a registry number (e.g. 08/2026) — in black and white: who, for what, and by when.

How can I be sure you are not a shell company?

We also serve business clients (B2B) — references available on request. We issue VAT invoices and carry liability insurance up to PLN 4,000,000.

What if something goes wrong after the painting?

Every project comes with a written 24-month warranty on workmanship. Minor touch-ups during the warranty period are free — we come back and fix them. Larger defects are additionally covered by statutory warranty. If our crew damages something during the work (e.g. furniture, flooring, a neighbour's property) — our PLN 4,000,000 liability insurance covers it. Invoice, contract and policy = real, enforceable coverage.
