Privacy Policy — tanie-malowanie.pl
This is an English translation of our Polish privacy policy, provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version is the binding one.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is J&K Vision sp. z o.o., tax identification number (NIP) 7822921267, trading under the brand tanie-malowanie.pl.

2. Scope and purpose of processing
Personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address, description of the job) is collected solely for the purpose of:
- preparing and sending a quote for painting work,
- performing the contract for the service,
- contacting you in matters related to the job.
3. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for the performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent — in the scope of marketing contact).
4. Retention period
We retain data for the period necessary to deliver the service and to fulfil legal obligations. The specific periods are:
- Submissions from the quote and contact forms (name, phone, e-mail, job description, room parameters) — kept in a technical archive for a maximum of 24 months from the date the submission was received (12 months actively, a further 12 in compressed archive form, after which they are permanently and automatically deleted).
- Accounting data (invoices, settlement documents) — for the period required by tax law (up to 5 years from the end of the financial year, Article 86 § 1 of the Polish Tax Ordinance).
- Data used to perform the contract (where the job was carried out) — for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims (up to 6 years from completion of the work, Article 118 of the Polish Civil Code).
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) — in line with the provider’s policy (typically 14 months).
After these periods, data is deleted automatically. Earlier deletion is possible on request in accordance with section 5.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- access to your data,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure of data (the right to be forgotten),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- objection to processing,
- withdrawal of consent at any time.
Handling an erasure request: please send requests by e-mail to biuro@tanie-malowanie.pl with the subject line “GDPR — data erasure”. We verify identity through the e-mail address the submission came from. Time to complete a request: up to 30 days (typically 24–48 hours). Once completed we send a confirmation of erasure (retaining only an anonymised audit log — required by Article 5(2) GDPR as evidence of compliance).
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies for technical purposes (making the site work) and analytics purposes (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — anonymous statistics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
7. Entrusting data to processors
We may entrust the processing of data to IT service providers (hosting, e-mail) with whom we have concluded GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EEA.
8. Complaints
In the event of a breach of data protection, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
